From each vendor's own pricing pages.
Monthly Subscription
Archy publishes one platform price per location, and CareStack prices by the number of locations, chairs and providers. Archy says its cloud removes the need for expensive servers.* Gnathos is also sold by monthly subscription.
License Plus a Support Plan
Dentrix is installed in the practice, with practice-managed IT and backups; Eaglesoft requires a physical server. Dentrix support is an annual plan; Eaglesoft Service Club plans include the license and require a 24-month enrollment.*
Add-Ons and Services
Open Dental publishes a separate fee for texting, online booking, e-prescribing and data conversion.*
